How do I make a clickable object.

We are trying to make a game and we have a menu set up to where there are a red a blue cube (teams) and I don't know how to make a script that would allow me to click one of those and take me to a different screen. Like for example if you clicked the blue screen it would take you to the blue player menu. What would I use to do this?

if you're using eventsystems, you can just implement the IPointerClick interface
