    Right now my vision is something like this for my map:


    But im stuck with this so far...

    How can I improve what I have to make it look better and more realistic like in the first 2 pictures?

    You start by explaining people how the non aggression principle works and then you pack those who don't accept it onto a boat...
    Wait...
    Oooh you want to make a world LOOK better!
    The answer is normal maps, good shaders, light positioning and color and standard camera effects like bloom, color filters, etc.
