Official How do I install a specific version of Cinemachine?

    The Package Manager in Unity sometimes fails to show all available versions of Cinemachine. We are looking into fixing this issue, but in the meantime if you want to install a version of Cinemachine that isn't in the list of available options in the Package Manager, here is how to do it:

    hang on, i reported this as a bug and was told tough poop this is intentional
