How did your games do when first released?

    Hi all!!! I've just released my first Google Play Store game and I was wondering how your games did when they were first released. After 18 days it only has 32 installs and gets between 0 and 4 installs a day. It is free but with ads and in-app purchases. How have your games fared in the early stages of their release?

    First game on Steam a few years back in a niche genre with no promotion or community building got around 80 purchases the first week, at about $4 each, mostly in the first 3 days from being in the new releases list. Games need to be promoted either socially or with cash to bring in more than just those who stumble on it, like pretty much any other consumer product.

    got in the same situation like you in almost a year, struggling just to reach 100+ download badge until it get sudden boost out of nowhere to almost reach 50k badge
