How Change event of GUILayout.HorizontalScrollbar clicked

    I creat a GUILayout.HorizontalScrollbar；when i Click on a position ，the Scrollbar Thumb will moveto the position slowly.but I hope the Scrollbar Thumb can Immediately move to the position.
    so What should I do？
    Any suggestions would be appreciated
