    Hello,
I am trying to make a digital clock that have a semi transparent 00 : 00 in the background, somthing like what i show in the pic upload_2022-12-9_9-54-6.png but doesn't match when is from 10 to 19 or if there is a 1 in the first two numbers, how could i change this so that the fourth number match?
    Best regards

It would appear that the font that you are using is a proportional font (most are) which means the spacing for individual characters is not the same.

To achieve the result you seek, you could either use a different font where instead of using a proportional font, you would select a monospace font.

Alternatively, you could use the <mspace=value> which forces the spacing between characters enclosed in this tag to be monospaces where the spacing is the value.
