How can I start a new animation at a specific frame of another animation while using DragonBones?

So I have been working with animations from DragonBones in Unity by following this guide and in the guide he says: "The GotoAndStopByProgress function can be used to control an animation frame by frame.". I need to be able to play an animation at specific frames so they match up with the characters movement but I don't understand how to use this method or if there is another method that does this.

I was looking through this to see if I could understand the code and what it is looking for but I still don't understand. For this specific method it is asking for a "progress" argument/parameter that is a float but I don't know how to use that to get to a specific frame. If I wanted to start a new animation at frame 15 what would I put in?
