How can I set the `DegradationPreference` which defined in `rtp_parameters.h` in webrtc source code?

    Hi, folks. I know `com.unity.renderstreaming` is based on the `com.unity.webrtc` package which use `webrtc.lib` developed by google. I noticed that webrtc provides its own video adaptation mechanism. So can I set the `DegradationPreference` manually by using `com.unity.renderstreaming`'s api or even `con.unity.webrtc`'s api? Thanks in advance.
