Hello, I need to select one object in this mesh that has a texture atlas. I'm making a gorilla tag fan game, and would like to remove some things in this mesh (the screenshot below) but not the whole thing. upload_2023-7-6_17-51-5.png

To edit the mesh in Unity you need to install ProBuilder, then use the "Probuilderize" option to make it editable and to go and do the work there.

Otherwise, edit the mesh in whatever you made it in, or in Blender3D for instance.

I want to remove a lot of small things which takes forever with ProBuilder (selecting each face for each object about 100 times is hard), and I did not make the mesh because its a fan game, im just heavily modifying the original decompiled game. Is there a way I could quickly edit it in Blender and the mesh goes back to its original position and keeps the textures from the texture atlas too?

That sounds fairly easy, that would be the approach I would take.

Delete the faces you don't want, but just don't move the UVs. Also, just reimport it as a different object and iterate side by side with the original until you get the hang of things.

And obviously work with source control at your elbow in case you make mistakes!
