How can i make an object jump into scence like fruit ninja?

    Dear all i want to make my 2D objects bounce like fruit ninja fruits.Please tell me how can i make jump my object on a key press.For example the when i press the key then the object get a jump from bottom to up and then come back at bottom.Please Help me.
