How can I make a video in Unity VR (Cardboard)?

Hi.
I have to launch a 360 degree video in the game so that the player could move his head, thereby watching this video. If I understand correctly, I can do it without buying plug-ins from Asset Store. Now it's a built-in option, isn't it?
And I've read about Sketchfab, can I implement its elements to my video?
