Question How can I learn what does my multiplayer game's server hardware need

    How can I learn that I saw some sites telling apex legends like games need 2.2 Ghz cpu and 8 Gb ram for every 32 player

    They apparently tested it. During the development, you'll see your CPU load and how it affected by amount of players.

    so for example when I play my game on my computer and my cpu is intel xeon and cpus load is 20 percent is that mean a server that has xeon can support up to 5 player . Or you test it directly on the server ?

    Test it on the server.
    Your computer might be running other programs that may be slowing down your computer

    Not that straightforward, but you can check how much resources your game process consume.
