How can I get these colors and lighting in unity?

I know that in unity 2017 ++ you can get finishes like this, but I would like to take a tutorial to learn how to achieve these finishes.

is that made in unity, or concept art?

i think those reflections would require raytracing and that grid could be photoshopped on it(?)
