How can I export an image/texture in unity out as a whatsapp sticker?

I want to create a unity program that can export in-game textures/images out as whatsapp stickers that I can use on my phone (android/iphone).

It is best probably to do a few searches on the topic? Start from creation of Whatsapp stickers and see what is needed:

But I don't know how this would exactly work as I think you should be able to create sticker packs that are published.
