How Can I do something before Import Package From Custom

    How can i do something when Import Package From Custom, as below:

    then, i want import custom package from a restricte specific directory;
    when import not above dir, then kill off;
    now, i have two problem:
    1. when&where can i do the job when click Custom Package... and select a package ;
    2. how to stop the import job if it has been started;
    its there any way to do it;
