I am making 3d warehouse in blender and It will be little bit big so I designed warehouse part by part In addition I have a lots of place for uv when I designed like this after design I painted them in substance painter but unfortunately textures are looking really weird and not looks like a seamless. Hi mate I got it how to solve but I am not sure it is true way or not. I splited models uv by their directions for example I created a new material for floor and I created a new material for walls after all that I created few extra models with different uv maps like columns then I placed that models to where uv seam problem happens in walls. In addition for floor I added some baseboard model for remove bad connection between floor and walls. Shortly I added extra models with different uv to model and I opened floor uv in one mesh =). I hope it will help you too =) Good luck have a great day
