    Hey,
I downloaded 2 characters from mixamo and I created .anim file for a pose and now I tried to use that same .anim file on other character but it's not working(see image below)

How can I copy .anim pose file from one character to another?
    Thank You

If the hierarchy is identical, then .anim files should work interchangeably without any extra steps. Check your animation hierarchy in the animation window to see if anything is yellow; that means it can't find the object and your hierarchies aren't identical.

Every single object needs to have the exact same name (aside from the very first parent), and all children need to be parented to the exact same objects for both rigs to work.
