How can i convert video on android

Hello! I'a trying to convert video from one format to another on android, but i can't find any way. How can i do it?

 

What do you mean, are you trying to do this in Unity in an app or in the editor or what is it you are trying to do?

As you stated it, it doesn't sound like a Unity question.
