How can I change my enum within visual scripting?

 

You want to change the content of your enum or just return the selected item?

 

I want to update the current selected enum index with an external value

 

I just ran into the same problem but was able to get through it. I was already trying to make a new node, when got to this Unity page:

Basically for me what worked was hitting these two buttons after I created a new enum:


After that this node option called "MyEnumName Literal" appears and you can continue with it.
