I want to make a game and I can add some thing new after the game have builded. For example a new level ,new item , new play mode or something. Maybe including new scene , model, texture, and new script .Just like add a DLC or Mod to a game on steam.

Is there anyone know how can I achieve this? thanks

Just make a normal game first, it is theoretically doable what you want to achieve but it is not an easy topic.

You can use Asset Bundles or Addressables (both Unity things... google up) to deliver content to your game after it is shipped out.

NOTE: you must code this feature in advance, generally speaking, so there is code to check online for mods / data file updates. This means you must test it in advance with fake mods so that when you do make a mod, you can have some degree of confidence that it will work. And obviously you must test the mod on the fielded software.
