Question How are objects synchronized with Photon?

Hello,
Don't understand how Photon works, i just set a VR player with hands and a head, i make two builds and one player makes the other one moves too, don't understand why one controls the other and why objects are synchronized without transformview component, if objects are automatically synchronized why is needed Photon transform view component? and how i make one VR player doesnt make move the controllers of the other players too at the same time?
