How and where do you collect feedback from your players?

This is a very general topic, but does anyone know good tools that are easy to install / use on a website next to the webplayer?

I know services like GameAnalytics which provide many statistics, but I am more in search of a shoutbox-like feature. There are platforms like Facebook, Google Plus etc. but not every Player has or wants an account on these. And some people would probably want to post feedback anonymously. It should be easy for the player to give feedback and not require a forum account.

So, do you just use all the different platforms and channels or is there some useful package you can include in your website?
This is for the alpha/beta state of the game, where I am interested in ideas and opinions.

I use GameAnalytics for that as well since it has built-in "feedback". It's been incredibly useful to me during my game's early testing.

Create a simple feedback feature in your game, and let people send feedback to a database directly from your game? Should not take many hours to setup using the WWW class.

Thank you for your comments. Somehow didn't see that GameAnalytics also has a feedback feature. Will probably use that.
And I could probably code my own feedback system. But I know that too well: Doesn't take long and I want to add more features to that. And then it's not just a few hours anymore. ;)

Can anyone tell me, where to find the feedback feature in GameAnalytics. I have gone through the documentation, but I cannot find it.
