Hotkeys Not Working in 2018.3

Since I upgraded, the CTRL+S and CTRL+D hotkeys aren't working consistently. They mostly do nothing, but sometimes (rarely) they will work. Not sure about other hotkeys as these are the ones I use most frequently. Anyone else experiencing this?

 

They both work perfectly for me... Windows 7 SP1 up to date.

 

Ok, I realized it's ProGrids that is using those two hotkeys when the Scene tab is active (which is why they seemed to work sometimes and not others).
