Hosting Service did not update HostingServiceContentRoots

    AAS 046 did not refresh HostingServiceContentRoots info, while I change profile settings.
    I have to reopen Hosting window or delete current service and add new one for refresh info.

    The problem will keeps log 404 - message in the Hosting window log message area.
