Horse Animation deformed in Unity from Maya FBX export

    Hello everyone

    I have an issue with a an asset I have purchased from NoneCG. Its an animated horse which has quite nice animations, I would like to bring it into to Unity. I have stripped the animation to only the horse.

    At first when I exported it as it was it looked really weird, so then I unskinned it and deleted the history on the skin and binded it again with immported weight maps and exported with baked keys

    But the animation is deformed around the head area, There is a curve that is connected to animating the neck and spine I think that may be the issue. Is there any way I can bring it in to Unity without re-doing the animation.

    Any help would be much appreciated
