Question Horizontal Strip Glitch issue on Android startup

I had build the game and launch in my android device, there it has a weird horizontal stripes glitch like effect on start which seems like some bug. There is only one scene Initialization on build which loads the other scenes and the first scene to be loaded (Mainmenu) only have one camera.
What is causing this issue ?

 

workaround, had to add a black screen with a camera unecessarily
