    Is there a doc/guidelines for converting URP Lit Shader written in HLSL to URP?

    I think you misprint hdrp in the end.

    Sorry, cannot help with documentation. I do not think it exists.
    You can try to download HDRP/URP v9 or higher and take a look at produced cross pipeline shader from shadergraph, Maybe it can help.
