    Job Responsibilities:
    ● Responsible for the development of 3D characters, scenes, and application logic core modular components
    of a 3D metaverse project
    ● Responsible for the development of 3D scene editor and character editor
    ● Develop software architecture based on the best practices of Unity Web front-end development
    ● Use best software development practices to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
    ● Transform design and product documentation into technical specifications
    ● Optimize the Unity engine and development process; optimize development tools such as editors
    ● Build reusable code and libraries for future use
    ● Write and realize the required effects (shader, special effects, animation, etc.)
    Job Requirements:
    ● Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of development experience
    ● More than 2 years of Unity3D development experience, deep understanding of Unity3D extension toolkit,
    engine application components, and engine component library construction
    ● Participated in the complete development of at least one Untiy3D project that is already on the market
    ● Have the ability to read English documents, and be able to quickly get started with tools and software that
    do not have Chinese documents
    ● In-depth understanding of data structure and object-oriented thinking, as well as algorithms
    ● Understand the ShaderLab language and physics engine of Unity 3D, be familiar with computer graphics,
    and be able to achieve advanced special effects
    ● Have a deep understanding of Unity assets and build pipelines and art resource management
    ● Unity team-project best practice knowledge (prefabs, asset naming, organized scene hierarchy)
    ● Experience using Git
