Hip Bone Missing When Rigging Animation In Mecanim

    My motion capture data (pictured on the right in Maya and on the left in Unity) has a hip joint but it does not show up in the hierarchy when I import the .fbx into Unity an try to set up the rig of the animation. The only thing that shows up is the root object (the golem model) and I can't assign that as the hip joint.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
