Question Highlight with fresnel effect. (?)

    Hello, I've played Minecraft Dungeons these days and really liked a simple effect they made on the game shading, but was also wondering 'Is that applied on the textures or is it a shading method?'



    Objects and the ground on the entire game has that highlited border, I don't thing that's made on the texture of these obejcts, maybe is possible to achieve that with something like a fresnel effect? Tried some dumb ways to re-create it but my fresnel effect was acting weird on squared objects, do you guys have some sugestion?
