High cpu usage and lag on AMD processors

Turns out a computer running AMD processor runs my game like crap.
Anyone with AMD processor can help confirm it?
People getting 100% cpu usage on moderate cpu's and 45% on good ones.

5-9% utilisation on a 3900X.

Also you guys using chrome?

 

Turns out the issue may be with hardware acceleration being turned off. Waiting for a 2nd clarification from the other user that had lag issues.

 

Using Chrome (latest stable), RTX 2080

 

Mine sits around 8% CPU and 1.3 GB Ram on a Ryzen 2700X using latest Chrome on Windows.
