I have a Plane I want to use as like a Kind of Neon Light,
but I don't want the plane mesh to be shown only the light should emit from it.

If I disable the Mesh renderer the Light also gets removed.

    Hope you can help.

    Best regards

Put your emissive mesh into a new
    Layer
and hide that layer from your
    Main Camera
    via
    Culling Mask
    .

    Alternatively, try using a
    Area Light
    .

Emissive meshes do not emit light unless they, and the objects you want lit by them, are static and you're using using baked lighting. The only thing you're seeing in the above screenshot with them visible is the affects of the bloom post processing.

If you want something that emits light, use a light.
