I've downloaded a bunch of cool assets which came with demo scenes that brought their own textures, sprites, materials and so on.
Is there a way to keep these demo folders around without having them clutter the Asset selection?

Is there a way to set tags on different Assets. As example for Sprites: "hidden", "ui", "background", "inventory" and so on, and then filter the Asset selection, so if I want to change UI sprites, I don't see all the inventory items?

(btw. What's that window called that I get when I click on the "circle with a dot" when I want to assign a sprite/material/mesh? Maybe I can search for a solution more easily if I know the precise names.)

Edit: Are there some syntax tricks in that search bar that could be used to exclude items from the search results?
