Hi, Which Software is best for Animations in Unity engine

I've made a demon character and, I need to rig it, add bones, I did that yesterday and, I could pose it, after I ' auto - fit ' the bones to the rig, in Blender, I just followed a 5 minute tutorial - -

My question is, what is the best way to get Animations in Blender, is there an official way, that costs least resources, are there any things, I Should know, That Impacts performance - -



Is there like an official way, to best make animations, in Unity, when using Blender - - Should I do the animations inside Unity or, is importing Animation files more good - -
