Hi, superuser mislead

hi, it throws me acrros the console this message:

Failed setting thread niceness (priority) to 0 due to EACCES (errno 13) violation. Lowering niceness (raising priority) requires CAP_SYS_NICE or superuser.

any idea what can i do? also, im trying for very first time unity at a fedora, and when i start a new proyect, it creates a folder called Packages, filled with analytics and other stuffs, and scripts that i dont know what exactly does, cause when i used at windows it never happened.
