Help with "UnityPlayer.dll caused an Access Violation"

    Hello, I'm having an issue where some users are reporting that their game crashes on startup. I can't seem to recreate this problem on my end, so it's been difficult to try and figure out how to approach this, but I did get one user to send his error log and player log.

    Could anyone help me figure out what the problem is, or maybe just point me in the right direction? I'm really at a loss at to how to even approach this.
