Help with UI layouts

I have scroll view and a few TMP boxes in the Content. I have a vertical layout group component & content size fitter on the Content container. I want the children TMP to resize to the width of Content but it doesn't. I've tried every combo and added size fitter to the TMP but I guess that interferes with the Content layout group. The TMP is either oversized or undersized, but never to the size of the content container.
Not sure what to do next.
