help with recorder asset

hi
i downloaded the unity recorder asset, i suppose to open it from the General inside the window rubric, the problem is the General rubric dosent exist (as you can see in the picture)
how else can i open my recorder window?
appreciate your help

 

The Unity Recorder asset on the store says supported Unity versions are 2017.1.0+, but your screen shot is of Unity 5.5.4.
