help with new platform specs for game dev

    im looking into buying a mac for my primary game dev device. and was wondering what you guys recommended like my current computer has 12gb of ram which im pretty sure is more than enough. but is it.... however what about hard drive capacity for as far as specs go I don't know what to look for any suggestions
