Help with animation preview and controller (not showing in Unity)

    Greetings, Unity Community.

    I'm working on a project that requires me to rig a character, and somehow have it programmed to be controlled in a Third Person Camera. I can solve the latter later, but it's the animation rig that I'm having issues with.
    I baked and exported the rig's skeleton from Maya and into Unity, and it matches with the model I'm using. But whenever I preview it on the animation player, it has no previews unless I use the designated model. The result is a T-pose, and no animations are played at this point. How can I solve this problem? It had me stuck on making my project complex in regards of having the character animated.
