Help with A* pathfinding - enemy doesn't walk in the path shown in the scene view

    I have installed the A* package and currently, and I'm trying to make enemies avoid obstacles and go to the player. as shown in the image below, despite some areas being marked red in the scene view the enemy goes through them and as a result, gets stuck in the corner.
