(Help Wanted)URP 2D Point Light get over the wall behind the shadow!?

The image below is the point light against a wall, the light doesn't pass through the wall, but the light get over the wall behind the shadow(blue area shown in the image), The effect want is the light get blocked and stopped immediately by the wall but without passing through it, is I misunderstanding how light 2d work or is it a bug? I searched through many posts but they didn't solve my problem.
