Help! Unity hub wont launch any editor versions..

    Hello, i have a new pc ryzen 3900x running Unity Hub 2.3 installed unity 22018.X LTS , unity 2019.3.10f1, 2019.3.9f1 .. If i create a new project it will launch Unity and run once. if i close the project then try to relaunch it it crashes and stays on the hub screen. If i launch an existing project it will not launch regardless. I need help as this renders Unity useless.. i have tried to launch a project with the executable for unity 2019.3.10f.1 but it states it needs unity HUB ( nice addition guys - facepalm). please can some one help as i need to work on my project.

    Ok i upgraded from 2.02 to 2.3 and everything is fine.. SO Unity you have a problem with fresh installs of Unity HUB! please fix this thanks
