Discussion Help Room is not working.

Unity is a great tool and if you have any problems, the help room can help you out. Really?

Many of the posts have not received a single reply after a few days.
You might want to look at some of the past posts to see if they are appropriate.

Thus, the posts here are rarely resolved and the help room is not functioning.
Why is this?
Are the only people who look at the Help Loop are mean-spirited people who have superior knowledge but can't point their hand?
Fundamentally, is no one watching?
Is there a secret club that answers Unity questions that beginners can't reach?

Official Unity technical support is very expensive. That is not realistic.
Where should I rub my Unity questions?
Or will I not get a single reply to this post?
