Help, problem with unity package manager

    I have no Anti Virus installed and Windows defender is off + added Unity as allowed

    It looks like something on your computer is preventing local inter-process communication (IPC). I see this in the editor log on top of the Package Manager issue:

    [LicensingClient] ERROR Failed to connect to local IPC

    If this is an enterprise computer, I would suggest reaching out to your IT dept.

    ^ that error is happening for us on every single cloud build, relentlessly. Sometimes appearing to cause the build to not complete.

    This was an issue on cloud build as I mentioned for my case. That's your machines, not mine.

    Afaik another dev resolved it as we haven't had our cloud builds failing since.
