Question help plz ;( my TMP Fonts is something wrong

as you can see my TMP is too not good
why my TMP is blurred?
plz help me
TMP Fonts asset setting is SDF
when I setting fonts type bitmap, is fine
but i want to use outline so change to Distance Field.
than suddenly blurred.

why??????
