Help me to Complete Medieval Evil

Hello, I am working on my game called 'Medieval Evil'. The Problems are that I have got a old computer and the budget of the awesome game is $0. (Please leave it. I live in India and I cant afford to buy a new PC right now)
So I cant afford anything. As I said I have a old computer so I cant do any modeling stuff and I cant afford to buy any models. I cant use blender as I have problems in textures and vertex paint exporting from about 2 months and I a sick now. I managed to Get SFX from somewhere but the real problem is models. Can you all help me in providing some models and textures. I will give your name in credits. And just one thing. IT SHOULD BE FREE PLEASE. THANKS A LOT.

 

You do realize there are plenty of free assets on the asset store right?

Not many of us can afford new things either, but that's still not an excuse.
Find a way to make money bro.
Make scripts and sell them on the asset store, it at least gives you more of a chance to get better stuff.

Depending what you make, you can make a butt load of money to build a new pc.

(I wasn't hating on you by the way) I was just giving some strong advice on making a little extra cash to help get you started.

 

Yes I can understand it. But finding asset one asset store is sometimes really annoying and I have got a really slow net connection so it is really hard to find assets. I was not hoping you all to just make new asset and upload here but giving links could also help. And I am though good at scripting but think I am only 12 and half and I know very few
languages like AS3 and Q Basic and a little Unity Java Script.

 

Do Unity Asset Store Support India. . And if It does what are the options to get the pay ??

I wouldn't see why it matters where you live, if you can receive money (preferably paypal) they take 30% of income. That's it.

 

Awesome!!! But. The Asset Store suddenly stoped working working on my computer. The last major thing I done was Installed the graphic card drivers. Now how can I solve it and please help me
completing my game

 

Have you tried reverting to an older driver? My luck with graphics drivers has been that it is best to be prepared and keep an older driver on hand for those situations when the manufacturer makes me regret updating.

My last attempt at upgrading my graphics driver was pretty nasty when I found out that it came with a bug specifically for my card, a GTX 460, that causes the entire system to frequently freeze up. I've since been stuck on a March 2013 driver due to lack of a fix.

 

Well I have Windows 7 so It automatically Installed drivers I think because I was able to play games like GTA SA and AOE 3. But I installed the new drivers from official site because Unity was not casting shadows. Now I think I should Uninstall the drivers and test Asset Store Again.
By the way do you know from anywhere I can get free flowers as terrain detail like grass

 

there is free asset in store something like make your fantacy game...

 

What assets do you need exactly? Or what assets do you feel need for your game?

Edit: Have you tried opening Asset Store through browser?

Currently I was able to find two free assets for medieval theme:

1) https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/8963 - Medieval House
2) https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/17339 - Medieval weapons pack.

I think these two will help you getting started!

Thanks for that. The asset store works fine in browser in only created problem in unity asset store window.

 

Good News I uninstalled the GPU Drivers but the asset store is still not working

 

I even re-installed unity but........................ WTH is happening it used to great before

 

It shows this and the asset store comes White with no respond like changing of cursor its just white screen

 

Try to disable Direct X 11 setting. It can be found in Player Setting.

 

The Things I did :
1. Made New Project
2. Uninstalled GPU Drivers
3. Re-Installed Unity
4. Rebooted PC
5. Disabled DirextX 11
6. Searched Everywhere

I got a android phone. I got a Data Pack for It. It is a Unlimited pack but it shows it is limited. After The showed Data is over it shows a warning and blocks us from visiting sites. There is a ignore and continue button. It not only blocks the browsers but also all applications using internet. Though doing ignore and continue work for all applications but asset store seems to not working for it. It means I will need to wait a month to see the asset store working. TIME IS MONEY. I am going to waste my life on it.

 

Is it legal to upload others asset on this form or from anywhere I can download it would save my life

 

The Unlimited usually applies to communication (aka calls and text) but the data is generally limited to a few gigabytes.

 

Its has got around a GB high speed but it works without after it without any extra charge like cut from the balance and all...

 

Unless you are the asset owner this is illegal
