HELP ME! restrictions on new user account

Hi I have been practicing a lot using maya to create my models. I now want to help out people and work for their projects. but I'm stuck with "(Please see reply restrictions that apply here.)" what is going on? can someone help me out?

 

It sounds like you're running into the decision to disable replies to threads in the commercial sections. This is intended and has nothing to do with being a new user. If you want to contact someone then you can try sending a PM or follow any contact details they left in their thread.
