Help! I Can't create an unity HDRP project

    When I create a project from HDRP templet, it shows this. I tried to reinstall unity several times, but it didn't work. The version of my unity is 2019.3.14f1.

    Console Log After building: Cannot open scene at path Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity. Maybe the scene hasn't been imported. This can be done with an AssetDatabase.Refresh() call.
