Question Help! I can't access my Unity account

    Hi!
    Firstly, I had to create a new account so I could post here. I created a ticket and haven't yet had a reply after 10 working days.
    When I login to my Unity account, it asks me for a verification code and sends it to a mobile number I don't have, or if I recall, add to my account. I have NO recovery code, as I didn't even set up 2 step verification in the first place.

    Normally, it wouldn't matter, but I have hundreds of paid assets linked to my account and would like to get back using it. Not sure if there is a way I can get some help please.
